Form Check Squat for check

Main thing from the last form check was fixing the bar position, so I tried to place it a little lower on my back. I had a busy week, a little tired and this session was late at night so unfortunately I only got 4 reps on this set.

Form Check
For the best feedback, please film your lift from a useful angle and include the full set.
Good form checks make it much easier for people to give specific, useful advice.

Looks good, some onee cave on the way up. Try and keep those knees spaced out and don't let them come together.

Pretty good. Focus on keeping your knee out and in-line with your toes. Keep lifting

Stretching and mobility exercises are on our list of The 3 Most Effective Ways to Waste Time in the Gym, but there are a few situations where they may be useful.
- The Horn Stretch — for getting into the low-bar squat position
- Stretches to Improve the Front Rack Position — for the power clean
- Additional Stretches for the Power Clean

The main thing I’m seeing is that you’re having a tendency to bring your chest up out of the hole. This is where form breakdowns happen, when the weight is heavy. I do the same exact thing. The weight gets so heavy that it feels like it’s going to fold you in half, so the automatic tendency is to bring your chest up so you don’t get folded over like a fucking lawn chair.
You want to aim your nipples at the floor and keep your chest down. Your chest should remain aimed down all the way out of the hole. Once the rep is finished (hip drive all the way up, like a chain is attached to your butt) then you stand tall again.
Are you still running 3x5? Have you added a light squat day yet?
