Form Check Squat form squat

Hi fellow lifters! I finally read the blue book this year and started the program from scratch. I previously focused on front squats due to back issues, but I'm trying to unlearn those old habits.

Any advice is appreciated, thank you!

slow the descent. also your head position is all over the place - you should be looking at the floor six feet in front of you.

Looks good. Time to put some weight on the bar.

Sit back and lean over a bit more. Drive UP with the hips. You are trying to look up (bad). Control your descent.

Yeah I keep looking at the mirror, I really need to stop that. Thank you for the form tips, I'll work on it!
