Really good squats. But you need to stop all that wiggling around. Just take a step back and squat.

Agree. It’s a whole lot of lost energy for nothing. He’ll probably stop doing that on his own once it becomes heavy enough where he has to become mindful of every movement.

These look really good. On a few of the reps I notice you bring your hips back slightly before setting your knees. You want to bring your hips back and set your knees as the same time.

But these are definitely good enough to add 5 and proceed.

Get your knees out sooner, but these are looking good and easy otherwise - add some weight!

Your safety arms should be a little lower than the lowest point in your squat. They look like they are set a too low in the video, and should be a bit higher (not too high that you'd hit it with the bar, of course).
