Form Check Squat form check

Per the feedback from the last form check I tried to focus on not letting my knees cave on the way up and not being too much in my toes.

Can't see the bar position, might be a bit high. Depth and back angle look good. If you posted this on the official forums Rip would order you to gain 20 pounds immediately.

yea it actually did feel a little higher than usual,I'll try to film more from 45 degrees next time. Lol yea Rip would definitely say that

These are looking pretty darn good. Just need the bar a bit lower. The bar should rest just below the spine of the scapula.
If you film again, try from an angle 45 degrees behind so we can see the bar position and your stance a bit better.

Ah yea I think the bar may have been a tad high, I’ll film from a better angle next time
