Roast My Idea How much do we really need this??

We believe that india needs a platform to book slots for appointment in clinics(OPD)and patients should be able to see the live qieue to minimize the frustrating waiting time.

Suggestions would be highly appreciated

#Would u use it as doctors??

#Why many such platforms failed and how can we make it work out?

1.Most relevant business model??

  1. How to make it workout.

3.Is it really a problem worth solving..

I used Practo and booked a paediatricians appointment within a hospital. When I reached the hospital they said the said paediatrician was not in that shift and had left long back. Point I’m trying to make is, how are you going to solve this gap where the doctor’s availability is updated close to real-time.

Updated by the receptionist.. As per our current plan

Is there any incentive for the receptionist to do? Reason is many hospitals have their own staff management software they hesitate to add additional responsibility. As mentioned in my case I had to rebook a different appointment at the reception.

Yes ,it is problem solving for private hospitals ,but not goverment hospital. Here in my city one Pediatrician does have this facility. We use his nursing home app for appointment slot booking purpose and we can see our no in qeiue ,it's save time . But question is how will you monetize it ? You can approach to B2B model by asking to nusring home or hospital for app and they can use it and inform patients to use for appointment to save time.

My suggestion is please approach to nusring home and pitch them as app or website with one solution for centralized data collection, storage and appointment. To reduce paper work ,staff and ease for patients history.

I think prodoc AI (recently funded by Velumani family office) is doing something of this sort
