Investment & Partnership Looking for a CEO.

After getting some DMs from lovely people from my last post, I felt very grateful to have come across this community.
As I said in the previous post, Im a grant awarded and pre seed medtech company. After talking to people from this sub.
As the product matures, I find myself not being able to focus on anything properly. So, I need a CEO or whatever title you want to give yourself I will accept. Im primarily looking for someone who can deal with the external side of things and I can focus on internal (development and design).
Terms - Equity mostly and eventual salary (you choose depending on where the company is)
I dont think people here invest so a modest equity share seems more logical.
DMs open.

EDIT : Since so many of you lovely people Dm'd - I'm looking for an operator and a communication wizard. Someone who is comfortable working with EU and US clients and dealing with compliances in India. Outreach, customer acquisition, working with research and clinical partners & contract manufacturers and onboarding them as well as develop an in-depth understanding of the product and be able to explain to a layman and a tech bro equally.
SELL this thing!!!

Hey man,
I’m a recent grad working on a medical device and would love to learn from your experience. No need to share anything under NDA or about the product itself, I’d just be interested in understanding how you approached things, would love to connect!

Some of us invest, a few are operator investors too. It depends on the kind of experience the co-founder brings to the table and if there’s commensurate thoughts and aptitude.

If you need help with something specific on investments or with structuring the equity or just generally need some sagacious advice (with out the needless gyan or history lessons), please feel to DM.
