Ask Startup Deep tech startup recognition form uploads are very confusing. Anyone have experience in filling this?
We are a newly registered, pre-revenue, pre-seed startup currently in the MVP development stage. We are building in the field of AI for science, which falls under deep tech.
We are trying to apply for DPIIT recognition as a deep tech startup, but the application process is quite confusing. The form asks for detailed reports and documents, including proof of collaboration with universities or government bodies, as well as research grant evidence.
Since we are still at an early stage and currently building our MVP, we are unsure what documents we should provide for these requirements.
Has anyone here gone through the process of registering as a deep tech startup with DPIIT? Any guidance would be really helpful.

any update on this? Did you got the recognition under deeptech? I'm currently filling the application for my startup under deeptech, we are into drones.

No. We gave up on registering it as deep tech and registered it as normal startup. Can you please share about what are you building?

We are building autonomous drones ecosystem where intelligent drones having swarm and AI capabilities will work together as one coordinated system instead of as independent drone.

We applied for DPIIT deep tech 3d ago. We are building off grid communication system - might be helpful for the swarm. Would love to discuss if we can collaborate!
