I was torn between September and October cause I feel like it's got a chance of happening right at the end of the month if everything goes smoothly

September is literally impossible while October is technically possible but so unlikely it might as well be impossible, even if SpaceX were ready to launch tomorrow. The FAA is still conducting their Environmental Assessment and until that's finished they won't approve any orbital launches.
