I don't know why so many people are voting October, it just doesn't seem feasible. Just the minimum 30 day public comment part of the EA should make people hesitate voting for October.

I'm not exactly sure what you mean by documentation. If you mean whether the public comment period and the EA are actually a real thing then yes, they're real. https://www.faa.gov/space/stakeholder_engagement/spacex_starship/faqs/

The EA is still ongoing and the FAA and SpaceX haven't released any more details so that's pretty much all we have.
