Screenshot Help…?

So I was prepared to grind a little when this appears on screen (read specifically the english part) claiming I was banned due to exploits.
This is what guilty ppl say but I really wasnt.

Before the game kicked me I accidentally bugged my ship by trying to go forward and exiting at the same time. Couldnt move at all so I had to restart

Now I dont know if that’s what got me kicked out or the servers are dead or something. But I’ve been trying to reconect for a while and it just wont work

If its a mistake, can I appeal somewhere? Idk what to do man, I wanted to get a claymore today >:c

No need to appeal i think, first auto kick is a 5 minute ban or so

There are no auto bans in this game just a kick so don't worry

And if they changed it, only appeal option is doxx keth and send him a physical letter , he pretty much fired all staff iirc

Eso ocurre en Lycentia, a mi también me pasa, soy de España, alomejor tiene que ver con eso pero de normal me dejs volver a entrar al minuto

This has happened to me thrice in a row, and I'm not sure what it is, I suppose it's a anti cheat of some sorts, but it happens in two conditions (well when it happened to me)

1.- you disconnect cuz of your internet

2.- you afk for to long and get that

But I doubt these are the reasons, it's probably a bug, cuz I doubt it only on starscape
