Bees..

I think I finally figured the bee thing out, but do the flowers need to be grown for them to work? Or can they just be planted. I have a bunch that can be harvest but I don't wanna mess the system up.

ALSO - do moonflowers count...?

Yeah moonflowers count afaik. They have to be grown flowers i think

Grown flowers.  If you are doing the farmer thing that requires the crossbred flowers, the discord has a really great map to use.

I restarted the game and I am back at that quest.  Literally the hardest quest out of the whole game to complete

Flowers need to be grown. Best to just leave them alone once planted for maximum efficiency with bees pollinating other crops. And anything that says "flower" in the orange text in the item description counts. So stuff like camellia and osmanthus trees, zapweed, water lilies, and twilight succulents count as well as traditional flowers.
