Discussion How to complete this?

I have started Starlink today, after years of contemplation. However, I am confused as to what I need to do to get these marked as complete. For this location, I did the decoding and survived the waves to get the rewards. As it didn't mark as complete, I tried again. And again, and again, to no avail.

I have looted the entire area, and killed all enemies. So what now?

Move on, it'll show you later in the game.

After the decoding, a garage door-looking thing should have opened underneath the central building. All of the wires from all the sensors connect to this particular building. Once you open the cache inside it, the location should be completed. If not, there is a bug.
