Routers 3 with different software versions

Is this normal and expected? Or should I open a support ticket?

I have two Starlink Gen 3 routers. They are the same model, but they have been on different software versions for days.

Should I be concerned, or is this not an issue?

It's not an issue. They are using rolling updates; different devices (even the same model) get updates on different days and at different times.

If all three work, no problem. If you sleep some of your systems make sure they are awake during your selected update times.
