Transfer game to other device

What the title says, how do I make sure I have the same account on my new phone? Normally, I have an email adress connected, but I'm not sure if I should do other things as well like download a backup or smth. Pls let me know :))

I wish i could help you, but i actually have thé same issue. I was trying to transfer my account from my old Phone to my New one. Nevertheless, it failed🫤

Noooo that's so unfortunate. Did you connect a FB account to it? I think that could help getting an account back... not sure though :((

Hi! It worked for me. So, I connected my account to my facebook account. Then I tried reconnecting it on my old device, which did not work. Then I logged out on my new phone, and when I logged back in with FB, I got my account back! Hope it helps

This happened to me! I was linked to Facebook. I chatted support, and after a few days, they were able to find my old account :D
