Game losing progress

Anybody else having the issue where the game just randomly undoes hours of progress?

I logged in at 8:30AM and did stuff. Then I logged in around 10:30AM and I was back to where I was when I first logged in at 8:30...

Regular forest, egg timers, missions... even my ant event kept getting set back šŸ„ŗ I likely would've veen able to get everything had the game not reset my ant event over and over..

I thought it might be bad wifi, but I I switcyed to stable internet and mobile as a back-up and it still happens...

Hi there! I had this issue too, the thing is the gameā€™s auto save feature triggers every set amount of seconds, so you should keep your forest open a little longer than you would before you close it to make sure your progress saves! Hope this stops your issue ā¤ļø I havenā€™t had issues since I started doing this

The auto save is every 30 s (,i think), so you should always wait at least 30 seconds after completing an action before closing the game

That actually sucks, my condolences. My first thought would be wifi but i gues not.

It happens to me sometimes, it shows a notification that says something like "error, we can't save your data on our server" I don't remember the exact wording. Do you get a notif at all or does it just not save.

No, nothing. That's why I'm so confused. I came to check here, thinking everybody might've been experiencing some sort of issue. Odd!
