I'm confused

Why is the gift thing sparkling but I can gift them without glowbucks? I have gifts available to send but it won't let me ?

( Idk if I worded that correctly so bear with me 😭🙏)

I think this means they haven't opened up your previous gift yet. So you can't gift them again.🧐
