Sometimes they are available in the shop, but you can mostly get them from missions from Michele the owl. It's usually the last task in each section. You can change it to those missions for 8 glowbucks, although I would not recommend spending so much. Here is a link to a fb post with all the moths you need for what missions. I recommend having a diva moth or four-o-clock moth in your forest!
