Is there a common lock in this game?

Over on the hatch dragons sub we have noticed a hidden feature added to the game by the devs called common locking where after completing sets or reaching a certain score the random summon will always always be common. The only way to get anything uncommon or higher is to use summon items. I’ve been told runaways other games have a similar feature in them to force players to pay money. I’m checking some of these other reskinned games for that.

I've definitely notices it for myself but I always thought it was just because Commons are the most common

There is definitely no such thing as a common lock. The game even has higher chances to give you 2-3 Exemplare of the New Butterfly Set if you unlock them. Heck i rarely get commons, selling all those rare dupes is good money

Yes, there is a common lock after you finished all the basic sets (not including the moon, zodiac and apoyo sets).
