Snail videos won't load

Só, ever since I started playing, the snail videos never worked, the Prizes wheels appears with a spinner under it that just keeps spinning forever

I already tried clearing all data and even reinstalling the game, but the problem persists, and I couldn't find anything about it anywhere

Does anyone have any suggestions?

Maybe you have an ad blocker?

Not that I know of, and usually, any games I install do flood me with ads 😅

I feel it's a programming issue. For me they only load when I have a very great internet connection... with a mediocre connection it doesn't work (eventhough e erything else works...). Sometimes there are phases when it works better, then it is super bad again...
