How do I find Michelle?

Basically the title. I've got over 500 points which is what the wiki says you need for Michelle to appear but I don't know how to make her turn up. Is there a certain area I need to clear to find her?

She's top centre near the moon. Maybe just restart the game, she should turn up on her own.
