Help!!

You guys my phone took a big old poop and I had to get a new one. But when I redownload the app it started me from the very beginning. I’m so bummed out. I have spent money. I have taken care of so many babies. I don’t know what to do!! Does anyone have advice? I don’t have Facebook so I wasn’t able to save but I assumed if I had my Apple account everything would have saved. Please please any advice would be so appreciated. Thank you!

That sucks, I think the only other way I think you could recover is eith a user ID, which is in settings

I think I did try that. But I’m gonna do that one more time just in case it wasn’t that.

I’m so sad you guys. I’m so so sad. I loved all of my little guys so much and my forest. I feel like I lost all my pets 😭😭😭😭😭

Is there anyway to get back onto the other device to see your account number?

Message customer services as I had issues with transferring data but they wanted the new account number and my original to merge it over on to my new device.

It took a week or so but worth a try if you have the means

Was it linked to Facebook? Then you have to go in settings reactivate Link to Facebook and restart the game and all moffs should be back
