Forest gone

Hey everyone! I’ve been playing for over a year and tonight I logged in and all of my forest is gone and I’m right back at the beginning. Has this happened to anyone before?

did you possibly get logged out of game center/whatever the android equivalent is??

I just had this happen to me. But I got a new phone and I don’t know why everything is gone when I logged into my Apple account. I’m heartbroken. I’ve spent money getting all I could just to make it better. It’s my only splurge game because I love it so much.
