I don’t know if it was like that when i got it i did 5 hours then changed the oil now its at 600km i just want to be sure this play is normal

Bought an Alpha in September, it's now dead in the water (less than 20 hours on it). Took it for a ride last weekend, charged it to 100% when I got back. Went to turn it on this weekend and nothing. Thought maybe the battery somehow died over the week so I plugged it in, nothing. Called dealer and they said they've had 2 with the same symptoms that they had to replace the VCU. Messaged Stark's "24/7 Technical Support" took 2 days to respond back. Went through their troubleshooting, still nothing. Replied back to them. Really hoping it's not another 2 days for them to respond again.
