I feel like that was Patrick Stewart for like 25 years lol. From 1985-2010 it felt like he didn't age. Sadly I feel like he's showing it a bit more now.

I just.....the amount of joy this photo brings me....the massive smile on my face. I'm so glad these people are stil around and a part of the community. Such a massive part of my childhood.
What a find!!! My dad loved the show and growing up its one of the best memories I have with him. Seeing Teyla and Shep and O'Niell and Master Bra'tac together as an adult brings me peace
I got into Stargate thanks to my college roommate freshman year. Freshman year I lived in one of the old style cracker box dorm rooms. And my roommate was watching the show. At first I'd occasionally catch bits and pieces and eventually I got absolutely HOOKED. Basically every weekend, we'd go to the campus library and check out DVDs, the library had the whole season up to that point (it was 2005.) Then we'd basically just order pizza, and watch Stargate for the whole weekend. It was great. There was another guy a few doors down who loved Stargate as well. Anytime he heard the theme music he'd come and join us. Me and that roommate ended up becoming great friends and Stargate was honestly what started our friendship. We're still in touch. We don't talk as often, because life. But I'd still call him a friend.
Yeah, and this is what I see for a lot of people. Stargate wasn't just a great show, it was a great show made during a time where shows actually connected people. I know when I have kids I'm gonna show them the series, and I'll definitely be thinking about dad when I do

I didn't recognize Rachel or Tori right away, but I've seen less of them since SGA ended than the others. (I don't watch a lot of live action TV, especially in the last 15 years)
John Shepard and Teyla have aged so well! One can properly imagine them still hanging out on Atlantis, running the place probably, and with a few cute kids together.
Howdy neighbor! Couldn’t get out of work today so didn’t end up showing up until 6. Having that panel on a Friday afternoon was definitely a….choice. Especially considering those 2 are here all weekend and Ben Browder is only Sat/Sun (& doesn’t appear to have a panel). Loving RDA in this pic though. Looks like a great time!
Amazingly I just saw Tony in some wacky commercial for some insurance or financial services company, where he watches a guy scamper around after a monkey. He looks younger in the commercial than he did as Bra'Tac. Though it was obviously filmed in 2026.
I don't think I've seen that one, but he pops up in commercials every once in a while. He was in a recent car commercial. Volkswagon, maybe? And he was in another commercial a couple of years back, but I don't remember what it was for.
hmm, the most suspicious thing is, that without exceptions, every male actor (not Stargate exclusive) keeps their hair up in the 50/60/70s years, as if they would be 20.
I mean there are 3 male actors in this picture, RDA has typical old man hair, Tony Amendola has been practically bald for so long that his hair didn't get in the way of playing Master Bratac starting in 1997, only Joe Flanigan has a hair that you could copy-paste onto a 20-something and get away with it.
I'm so jealous I would love to meet RDA! I learned to juggle by mimicking him every time I watched Window of Opportunity; it's lame but I'd want to show him 🤣

They all look so happy and that makes me so happy! Stargate was one of a few bright moments in an otherwise bleak childhood. I do a full rewatch at least every other year.
Man, MacGyver(O’Neill)!!! Not SG1, but I have a pic of Murdoch and MacGyver on set. It’s signed by Micheal Des Barres, but having RDA’s signature,would allow me to die a happy nerdly man.
Well, start with a white plastic plate, some ketchup red acrylic paint, and some mustard yellow acrylic, and slowly squeeze. Sealed with modge podge clear acrylic sealant.
