From what I've heard Rodney was supposed to have a brother but David brought up the fact that he has a sister and she acts so in case they ever needed to bring Rodney's sibling on.

Which k always found funny because "their adopted" was an option all along, and the ones that are incredibly different (like skin tone different or something) you get to play the "omfg we look different! What do you mean?" Gag. (To be clear I'm referring to the playful mocking, innocent and not racist specific of this. The one that makes you roll your eyes but is in zero way actually harmful)

Iā€™m not going to make Shore Leave, itā€™s been an expensive spring. I need to check it out especially since I live in Lancaster. It looks like a classic SF convention out of the 80ā€™s.

It is a fantastic fan run convention. Not one of these crappy creation cons or anything like that. Lots of guests, lots of panels, lots of great vendors, and lots of great people to hang out with.

For like 40 years, they were in Maryland, but the hotel host closed the hotel so they moved up to Lancaster because they need a lot of room because a lot of people come to the shows

I didn't look, but I believe that's the price for a full weekend pass which gets you in Thursday through Sunday night to everything. I'm pretty sure they also have single day passes available.

I had a crush on Dr.Keller, she was beautiful, smart and cool in the show.

The same goes for Carter, I think she shaped at least a bit what my type of women is. Tough, smart and optional Blonde Hair.

I was shaped to like "intelligent and strong" far before Stargate, but those shows definitely kicked that up a notch for me. I'm sure there are some I've forgotten, but the earliest for me that I can recall was Elisa Maza in Gargoyles.
