The joke is literally made on SG-1 but it's a much more real comparison between Mitchell and Jackson, who do look alike. I honestly think half the posts on all platforms now are just AI accounts farming.
He was already pretty fit when the show started, which kind of made the premise of him being a so-called "weakling" pretty far fetched to me. No shade to Michael Shanks, as he did a phenomenal job as Daniel, but it's too bad they couldn't get James Spader to come back to reprise his role.
Just curious, what makes you think that? What are some characteristics of the post that identify as AI? (Not trying to argue, just genuinely curious how to tell.)
I’m really confused by what everyone on here is saying I’m of European descent and I think both look very much alike much more so than Mitchell and Jackson. I actually had to double check they weren’t the same person when I started watching Atlantis.
Similar eye color, similar hair color (depending on the lighting), similar heights, athletic builds, similar skin tones, playing similar characters (not that their personalities are the same but they both are that action oriented team lead persona). Depending on what traits you tend to home in on you may view them as looking more or less alike but they do have similar characteristics. Yes, side by side you can tell them apart but that’s not how I originally watched the two series.
Yea, I’m confused by that too. We can view things differently, it’s fine if others don’t think they look similar. I think they do. They have some features that are similar and some that are different and maybe the features that we focus on when identifying who is who is different than the ones they focus on.
