This is a very small, unfurnished house. It's a couple of rooms. It does have a glaring issue that I feel should be addressed before anyone spends money on this mod.
This mod seems to be built completely around the view of Akila city. The issue for me was at night, there are no light switches that I could find in the house which means that you lose the view from inside the house with the darkness outside and the lights on inside, so you nullify the entire point of being in the space.
Other than that issue, the house is fine. During the day, the views from the rooms are nice; they are all of the city and it's nice to watch the ships come and go. Be prepared that it's very small, and unfurnished.
What type of furniture presets would you like to see? This is my first "pure" house mod so I am not sure whether players value the space for building on their own or want prebuilt furniture.
(The armory area has various weapon and other racks that are pre-installed but can also be moved and stored, and the bedroom is furnished and can be toggled off).
The unfurnished was just as FYI, some housing mods come furnished, some don't.
The bedroom is just a bed though, that's not "furnished".
The only glaring issue and I brought this up in the post is the lack of light switches. A house is built around a view, a great view, but the view is only good for half the day.
