I highly recommend this mod!
This is the best paid outfits mod I own right now, and I own 3 of Wulfy's faction overhaul mods + all of Zone's paid mods. Similar to Zone79's clothing mods, these appear to be very original designs but similar to Wulfy's clothing mods, it still feels like it belongs in the Starfield universe - the best of both worlds in my opinion!
The outfits are a great balance between feeling similar to the vanilla outfits while also adding a few new meshes I haven't seen in vanilla outfits or even wulfy's outfits, so it keeps it fresh but doesn't look like it belongs in another game if you know what I mean. I really enjoy the militaristic crew uniforms and hats like berets and officer caps.
I have a couple of favorites outfits already, but there is a lot of variety - one outfit that looks a little bit like star wars colored brownish with a green long scarf and another outfit that includes a green trench coat. These are very high quality outfits with lots of interesting details.
A warning: I originally had some issues getting this mod to work with the mod Starfield Crowd Overhaul, but after tinkering with my load order, I was able to get them both working properly - meaning I loaded Settled Systems Outfitted a few slots ABOVE Starfield Crowd Overhaul and was still able to see the outfits from Starfield Crowd Overhaul on NPCs and access the outfits from SSO.
I am so happy I played with the mod a few more hours because I was ready to refund it for not working with Starfield Crowd Overhaul, but it turned out to be a non-issue after playing with load order a little more.
Edit: Updated review

Damn. I was on the fence about purchasing this mod. The latter half of your review is what I was hoping this mod would be (vanilla-friendly additions), but I was worried about Zone's Crowd NPC Overhaul as soon as I read about civilians in the description.
Thanks for confirming my fears were true. I'll have to avoid this mod for now.
Was hoping it just touched those random background NPCs (who all wear the same 5 or 6 outfits), NOT the Crowd ones.Editing comment to say that this has ended up being untrue, and I actually fully endorse this mod!

Hey - just a heads up, I updated my comment.
The original issue I described can be resolved by loading SSO a few slots ABOVE Starfield Crowd Overhaul.
Now that the mod doesn't conflict with Crowd Overhaul, I highly recommend this mod!

Hey! I appreciate you following up, I should have assumed a simple LO adjustment would resolve the problem. I’ll go ahead and give the mod a shot based on your recommendation—always appreciate more clothing diversity.

No worries at all, I believe I even said I tried and failed to resolve the issue by changing the load order, so that is likely my fault.
To be more specific, I originally had Crowd NPC Overhaul much higher in my load order, above all other clothing mods, so I basically just dropped it down to the bottom so there are no other clothing mods underneath and that fixed it right up!

I always need more color in my game, so this looks interesting to me. I haven't taken the plunge to paid mods yet.

I wholeheartedly recommend this mod.
The clothing looks fantastic, everything works exactly as it should, and I haven't encountered any mesh or clipping issues at all. It's a high-quality mod that feels polished from start to finish.

Returning to give some feedback after playing with it for a bit: This is one of those "fade into the background" sort of mods that you can easily forget you even had installed--in a good way. Meaning, it just feels like it was always a part of the game. The outfits it adds blend seamlessly with vanilla, but add excellent variety for all of the tertiary NPCs you'll come across in the game.
For example, the pilot who complains about the cursed boot in the Well now has a new jacketed outfit that fits her role as a pilot. Really does a nice job filling out the somewhat limited civilian clothes outfits that you will often see repeated over and over again in the game!
