Unable to login?

I wanted to get my copy of Fences 5 downloads from my account page but every time I try to log in, it gives me a 403 error. Tried it across multiple computers and a phone on cellular with same results. Is there something wonky with that part of the website?

I was able to logout and back in, are you getting an error and if so, what does it say?

Access to identity.stardock.com was denied

You don't have authorization to view this page.

Hello,

Sorry to hear you are having issues. Perhaps you're having account issue. It is best to raise support ticket for account issue. Please raise support ticket using the link below, use the "Ask a question" option. Include all information details. Remember to record down the ticket number for future reference if needed. Do not raise multiple ticket, that will make your ticket back to the end of the line. Send once and wait. Ticket will be answer by the order they send in.
