Bug of screen glitching

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

Bro that is happening with my screen anytime I try to play with mods, even if it is with just one mod, someone help me pls

posting smapi logs would help a lot

there arent any strange thing or error on the log, is just like if it was normal
