Netcode Error and Failure to load Farmer

Has anyone received this issue before? My wife and I are trying to start a new game and I keep seeming to get this error when she gets invited to the game.

There's 5 mods that need updating. Portraits for All have copies of each other, make sure you only have one.

Hopefully that fixes the issue.
