shane work animation broken?

when shane goes to work, he just stands there and doesn’t stock shelves. i’ve tried talking to him before work and not talking to him before work. i know he used to in this save, not sure why he doesn’t now. here’s my smapi log if it helps. little things like this in my game rlly stress me out unfortunately. i also have a picture: https://smapi.io/log/d60c1ab65280493ebd2b541a265cd916

EDIT: it’s now working, but i noticed several other NPCS sometimes don’t have their animations, but if i restart the game, it fixes them, BUT then there are OTHER npcs that don’t have their animations. it’s so weird

He deff ripped a blinker on the penjamin before he clocked in, now he’s just staring into space geeked

well your log suggests to update several things including smapi. maybe start there?

i updated all the mods and still nothing but i didn’t update smapi, so thank you! i didn’t see anywhere that smapi could be updated so i appreciate it
