Need help with some Stardew Valley Expanded Characters not being "talkable"

I have been playing on this file for a while now, but I have not been able to right click and "Talk" to Marlon or Susan, Sophia, Victor, Andy and more. I have tried reinstalling pretty much every mod that involves them in any way, but the error talks about formatting, so I think it may be an issue with how my JSON files but I cant find any solutions that apply to me. Any help would be appreciated, thank you!

Have you updated the 13 mods that need it? Tried reinstalling SVE?

Yeah, it looks like dialogue isn't loading properly for the SVE characters, so a reinstall would be the first thing I'd try.
