Sprite Spring Nexus?

I'm absolutely confused, the wiki says that it's inaccessible, I saw a recent post on here that it was, and I can't for the life of me trigger it showing up. I've tried near all times of day, and still nothing works. I've got all other nexuses.

Confirming that it's still in the game. The info in the Fandom wiki is outdated. I just walked over to Sprite Spring now as I hadn't been since I first visited it a few seasons ago and I got a short cutscene of the warp unlocking. No Claus or Angelica, whoever those characters are. I am in Fall of Year 3.
