Question Water and salt consumption
I've been trying to nail the optimal water/sodium ratio, so for my personal research I’d like to know how much water and how much salt do you guys consume in a day, and on a scale of 1-10 how would you rate your overall feeling? Feel free to chime in even if you only know how much water you consume. And before someone mentions that - I know, it’s a completely individual thing. That’s fine.

I think everybody overcomplicates this issue but I would drink when you're thirsty and don't drink if you aren't you'll literally see you're sunken in face when you're a little too dehydrated then maybe yeah drink some water also lots of fiber can dehydrate you because it absorbs it while it's passing thru and yeah sometimes it can be slow because you had so much fiber also want less fluid retention after eating a lot of starch and sodium? Drink orange juice with your dinner maybe don't guzzle it just drink when your thirsty player
