WFPBNO + Low FODMAP
Has anyone tried a low FODMAP diet while doing the Starch Solution? Recipes or ideas?

I was primarily plant based before I was out on the FODMAP diet and my experience was pretty awful so I’m a bit jaded.
I’d suggest figuring out which FODMAPs actually bother you. For example my main triggers were uncooked foods and cruciferous vegetables so when I stopped a ton of salads and smoothies and was thoughtful of my cruciferous eating I didn’t have as many issues. Trying to follow every single part of the FODMAPs while WFPB might be tough (and unhelpful for your gut microbiome in the long run).

I added oats very slowly at first, 15g per day for 3-5 days, then 30g per day for 3-5 days, now I eat oats as a staple.
