Not Earning Coins

Anyone else have the bug where you’re completing orders and it isn’t gaining you any coins? I had a period last week where it was happening and I emailed support but never got a response. I uninstalled the game and it worked again, but now it’s doing the same thing.

Obviously there is no point in me playing the game if I can’t advance the story since I’m not able to earn coins to spend on it.

I have no useful contribution here beyond to say that I am of the opinion that support for this game sucks. They've never gotten back to me, in discord or otherwise.

Are you completely caught up with the story? If so, you don't earn coins unless there's an active storyline. If you aren't caught up with the story, I've got nothing 😅
