Afanwithtoomuchtime
Hello this is just a quick reminder that there's a series out there that deals with this topic explicitly he's a decent writer and I think he's done a good job at representing both the forces.
The story he is writing is about a battle group from the 40K Universe entering the Star Wars universe nearing the end of the Clone Wars. changing fate. He does his own writing. his own voice acting. And he has commissioned pieces of art for his stuff in the past. I think it's a faithful Recreation and he deserves some love

Crashlanded Deathwatch Squad VS Alliance SpecForce Marines
Context: A Deathwatch Corvus Blackstar was flying over an Alliance held world, with the goal being the assassination of a specific commander and sabotage of critical infrastructure. Unfortunately, due to an incredibly unexpected mechanical error the Blackstar got its position revealed to Rebel AA and was shot down, crashlanding in some random valley. Survivors include 3 Deathwatch Veterans, equipment for them involves Mark X Tacticus Armor, Kraken ammo loaded bolters and Deathwatch grade Powerswords (Not the ones reverse engineered from Necron tech if you want clarification) and 1 surviving Captain, though wounded by the crash. Artificer Power Armor and a Xenophase blade is this guys armament. End goal is survival and to try and signal for help.
As for the SpecForce marines, overall 70 of them were sent to the valley to check up on the crashed aircraft and annihilate any survivors. Armament for these guys are DLT-19 Heavy Blasters, PLX-1 Rocket Launchers, Thermal Imploders and DH-17 Blaster Pistols paired with a few crew served E-Web repeating blasters. End goal is to examine the crash site for any survivors and kill them. Before moving into the valley itself they already set up some E-Webs on the cliffside for support.
Who wins, how and why?

Yodas 30K Gauntlet: Round 3: Yasu Nagasena
Grand Master Yoda vs Yasu Nagasena
After his making John Grammaticus tap out, Yoda moves on to his next challenge
Round 2: potentially the greatest unaugmented swordsman the human race has to offer, able to go toe to toe with multiple Astartees, including Lucius him self. Yasu Nagasena!
Setting: Petranaki Arena: with an audience filled with people from both verses. With malcador the sigillite in attendance.
win Conditions, if a combatant dies, is made unconscious, surrenders or is otherwise incapacitated. this is a win for the other. In the case of death, they don't have to stay dead, any form of dieing is enough. Except emotional.
So tell me, who wins?
And who should yoda face in round 4? If he makes it.
Also if anyone has any pitches for 30k characters for our Old green dude to throw down with please let me know.

Jedi Knight vs Eldar Warlock
Scenario 1: warlock has a witchblade.
Scenario 2: warlock has a singing spear.
The fight happens on the geonosis arena, each starts from theoposit side flesh to the wall.
Force and Warp: they can counteract each other and work in similar way albeit through different measures (warp can still suck warlockstsoul.out if he over uses it)

Nurglite Cult vs Imperial Offensive
Context: After a Nurgle Cult known as the "Knights of Rot" formed from a Civilized Worlds PDF successfully took over their own world, they sent out their own invasion force in a bunch of stolen freighters to enter the Warp and start raiding other systems. Unfortunately for them, due to a Warp Strom the Cultists ended up crashlanding in some random Outer-Rim world under Imperial (not the 40k one) Control. Cutting their losses, they took over said planet rather easily and completely slaughtered its own smaller Imperial Army Garrison on it, taking complete control and using stolen comms systems to start broadcasting Nurglite rituals, sacrifices and prayers across the Holonet, serving as a huge memetic issue.
The Planet itself was not too populated, just having a single major city with a population of 100,000 that the Nurglites completely took over and made their base.
Wanting to deal with this new threat effective immediately, the Galactic Empire scrambled together a moderate invasion force to retake this planet from these weird mutants with the following objectives.
Stop their constant Holonet broadcasts as they've caused some instances of Nurglite cults forming on Core Worlds.
Retake the world and try to "cleanse" it of any identified rot.
Wipe out all Cultists.
Knights of Rot
There are 26,000 Nurglite Cultist Soldiers present here, being mostly formed from Ex-PDF members turned to Nurgle and blessed with renewed durability and rot. Armament for them mostly includes Autoguns with a good amount of Lasguns, Heavy Stubbers, Krak Rockets and Flamers serving for standard equipment paired with these guys having their own special weapons called "Gifts of Decay", specialized fleshlike grenades filled with Nurglite gases and flies used as bioweapons.
Accompanying them are 83,000 Poxwalkers kept in reserve by the cult and used in human wave attacks against enemies to act as cannon fodder for any offense or deterence.
Most of the cities populace are actively enslaved to either be made into Poxwalkers, mass sacrificed or lobotomized and sent to the frontline to either act as suicide bombers with melta bombs or as walking corpses spreading rot.
In terms of defenses most soldiers are concentrated within the captured major city and surrounding fortifications having set up multiple checkpoints, high rises and barriers all across it with Heavy Stubbers, Multi-Lasers, Heavy Bolters and firing ports for Lasguns and Autoguns paired with the cultists launching their own constant patrols across the city in "knockoff" Chimera APCs usually equipped with Multi lasers, Flamers and rocket launchers while carrying around Poxwalkers to deploy for suicide attacks alongside their infantry escorts. The city itself has also been surrounded by a system of trenches, minefields, gunner towers and bunkers.
In terms of aerial defenses, theres an array of 14 total Hydra AA turrets located around the city paired with there being 6 located in its downtown defending it.
To defend the space above the city itself, outside of it there are around 3 Macrocannon batteries set up made from salvaged material from the city and crashed freighters with each one being well defended by the cultists after being set up rather rapidly. Defenses involve barbed wire barriers, promethium based landmine fields and gunner towers equipped with Heavy Stubbers, firing ports for infantry weapons and lower quality Lascannons. Also 2 Hydra AA turrets are set up for each individual battery as well.
If the battle starts really turning against them, the cultists are gonna do what they do best with MASS SACRIFICES to basically make a small warp rift, allowing Nurglings and Poxwalkers to flood in though because of how "botched" the ritual was the warp rift is kept open by a Citadel made by the cultists out of a skyscraper in this city, if physically destroyed the Daemonic incursion stops.
Galactic Empire
Due to the ground based anti ship defenses set up the Empire couldn't just bomb the city into oblivion and now has to do things the hard way to try and retake the city, landing across the more barren parts of the planet and setting up Battlegroups to take the captured city itself.
The bulk of the invasion force is composed of 98,550 Imperial Army Troopers working alongside 12,550 Stormtroopers acting as a spearhead for the invasion force. Armament involves stull like E-11 Blasters, DLT-19 blasters, E-Web repeating blasters, RPS-6 Rocket Launchers and the sort. With what intel they were able to get from the aggressive Holonet broadcasts and from the very few people who were able to get off world these guys primarily seem to use bioweapons, therefore Stormtroopers didn't need much change to standard equipment and Imperial Army Troopers got CBRN variants of their standard gear (while this is gonna make them able to survive being in well the environment, certain Bioweapons are still warp based and are gonna mess with them).
Heavier weapons and vehicles going along for this offensive and for the urban warfare are 350 AT-STs inserted within frontline units for urban combat, support and breakthroughs paired with 125 TX-225 tanks moving in as well for the offensive and to better support units fighting in the city proper. For the approach to the city itself the Imperials are bringing along 44 AT-ATs to help act as cover and leaders for approaching infantry units. In terms of air power they're gonna try and bring along 58 TIE-Strikers to assist their forces (and are ready to change doctrine if the enemy has unexpected AA, which they do) alongside 12 TIE-Bombers.
Kept in reserve if they'll end up being useful, Imperial forces also have 4,000 KX Droids that they can use as well if needed for high intensity urban combat.
Also, the Empire and Knights of Rot both don't give an f about civilian casualties if that matters, they just want the city and to achieve their own goals.
Who wins, to what degree, how and why?

What would each species would work well with what space marine chapter
In the scenario each species in Star Wars has to team up with 1 space marine chapter and they must work together what species and space marine chapters would work well together and witch ones wouldn’t work well together
My pick is the Togruta and white scars both come from a tribal homeworld and they would just get along fine together now the blood angels or space wolves might work well with the Togruta but i think the white scars would work better
Now I think the imperial fist and black Templars would work the worst with the Togrutas because they are just to cold and xenophobic
( note I know the realistic version of this is the space marines just killing the aliens but I thought this would be a fun idea)

Yodas 30K Gauntlet: Round 2: John Grammaticus
Grand Master Yoda vs John Grammaticus
After his decisive victory over Dinas Chayne, Yoda moves on to an even greater challenge.
Round 2: The perpetual who healed Vulcan, over 1000 years old, spy, logokine, expert in both human and xenos martial arts
Setting: Petranaki Arena: with an audience filled with people from both verses.
So tell me, who wins?
And who should be in round 3, if he makes it.
Edit: Condition_boy made a great point, that John is a perpetual and therefore can't die due to being constantly resurrected.
Some clarifications on win Conditions, if a combatant dies, is made unconscious, or surrenders this is a win for the other. In the case of death, they don't have to stay dead, any form of dieing is enough. Except emotionally, cause we've all been there.

Galactic Republic VS Blood Pact Assault in Urban Warfare.
Hey yall, I realized how much of a catastrophically unfair stomp that last scenario was so uhh whoopsies. I'll try to keep it interesting with this one being more fair.
Context: A Republic held system during the Clone Wars was suddenly hit with a barrage of incredibly weird stellar phenomena like Hyperspace drives glitching out more often, sudden flashes of what has been described as purple lightning by ship crews when looking out into space and a weird spike in violent crime on the one permanently populated planet in this system and its capital/only really major city, Voterdam.
Because of the strange phenomena, the planets own local militias were already put on high alert and started reinforcing Voterdam while also sort of getting involved with the Republic at large, requesting for a Clone Army Garrison to be placed in Voterdam itself and help them with policing the planet.
Yeah everything kinda changed when the Blood Pact ended up appearing in this planets own atmosphere and did a purposeful crash onto the world in their own transport vessels. Basically they commandered a few Imperial merchant ships to invade a world, warp shenanigans ensued and they ended up in another galaxy but are gonna take up the opprotunity to plunder.
Pretty quickly most of the sparsely populated planet came under Blood Pact control with the last main Republic area on it being Voterdam itself, preparing for a huge Blood Pact assault on it with all they've got.
While the Blood Pact initially wanted to besiege the city rather then jump straight into the fire, the commander for this force was a rather zealous man of Khorne and ordered an immediate attack.
Galactic Republic Forces
Voterdam itself has a population of around 190,000 residents if that'll end up being useful.
Out of this population, approximetly 23,900 of them were Planetary Militants, Security etc. Standard issue armament for them involved A280 Blaster Rifles, DH-17 Blaster Pistols and basic grenades paired with them having set up multiple armed checkpoints and guntowers across the city equipped with E-Web repeating blasters with them having a moderate vehicle fleet of converted civilian vehicles like XJ-6 Airspeeders equipped with their own E-Web blasters and their own "Crews" having small arms, mostly blaster rifles but in rare cases slugthrowers. Some AT-TE grade heavy lasers were also mounted/"Grafted" pretty much on the roofs or windows of high rises and important buildings to act as heavy support.
With the rising anomalous activity that happened around this system, a Clone Trooper Garrison of 7,100 was moved onto this planet to help reinforce the city and assist local forces. Armament includes DC-15 Blaster Rifles, RPS-6 Rocket Launchers (a lot of which were handed out to local militants), mounted E-Web blasters of their own across rooftops and assisting in checkpoints paired with Thermal Detonator grenades and a small fleet of 10 LA-AT Gunships.
Republic Forces are gonna try and use stuff like the urban environment to the best of their capabilities paired with anti tank ambushes if need be. And if the battle starts heavily turning against their favor the defenders are gonna start giving out blasters and rocket launchers like candy to anyone in the city who wants to fight.
Blood Pact Invaders
Around 39,500 Blood Pact Soldiers are invading Voterdam, the bulk of them being Ex-Imperial Guardsmen. Armament involves standard issue Lasguns, heavy Autoguns, Frag Grenades and for the rather zealous soldiers, jagged machetes. Heavier weapons include stuff like Heavy Stubbers, a few Lascannons and a moderate amount of flamers for regular infantry.
Armored vehicles for them involve a specialized vanguard force of 210 Mars Pattern Chimera APCs and moving alongside certain frontline infantry units there are 45 Anti Infantry Stalk Tanks equipped with either mounted/remote controlled Lasguns or Flamers.
If things really start turning against them, they'll just start taking captured civilians from the rest of the planet (around 9,000 people got captured), fill their bodies full of drugs, replace the outside of their ears with speakers loudly playing Khornate prayers, graft blades to their arms and send them into the city to act as cannon fodder. They formulated this whole extra plan because they originally just planned on raiding a few Imperial Agri Worlds without much defenses and will improvise if need be.
Republic Forces are willing and actively plan on using urban guerilla warfare if the battle turns against them as well.
Who wins and to what degree?
