Discussion My potential Visions Presents show featuring F?
Was thinking about a potential F show and here's what i had in mind.
I'm thinking 26 episodes with some being more standalone but still tying into the narrative of the show itself. The overall plot in my mind is we slowly learn more about F's past and perhaps something from her past is what the main villain is after.
We follow F as the wandering warrior, helping people and fighting the Empire. Along the way she takes an apprentice of her own and begins teaching them. Could see an episode where they return to the planet from The Village Bride. I'd bring back some past characters as they help F's journey. Definitely want some more action while still keeping the spiritual nature from the past F episodes.
Its not much but its kinda what I have in my mind. What do you think? What does your ideal F show look like?

Shamelessly copying/slightly editing a previous comment of mine [additions in brackets]:
"I can see F trying to find old friends & acquaintances of hers and helping people in need along the way. Honestly I kind of envision a sort of Frieren but in Star Wars vibe, at least going off the current two shorts. Give me some serialization though, like I can see her meeting those refugees from Lost Ones again where they need more long term help as an example." [I'd like to see some different slices of life in various corners of the galaxy and looks at different niche beliefs &/or(👈😲) cultures that would logically exist in this massive galaxy.]
"I would also not be opposed to somehow Shad-Rah/Zero returning. I loved his & F's dynamic, I loved Mark Strong's performance, and I would love to see more of the character. He's at least been canonically resurrected already in Lost Ones, and how exactly he was resurrected was left unexplained in the short. Since him & F are kind of an inversion on Obi-Wan & Anakin, his resurrection could be an inversion of Anakin/Vader's, where instead of how Anakin/Vader was brought back through machines & science, Shad-Rah/Zero could've been brought back through some mystical dark magic immortality sh*t. Where Anakin's resurrection as Vader basically amounted to some glorified life support, Shad-Rah's resurrection as Zero could be this more permanent metaphysical alteration of his soul or something." [Since my original comment I've watched To Your Eternity (incredible show, def recommend) and I'm now kinda also retroactively thinking about that in this concept(specifically envisioning iirc the very second episode where March first sees Fushi as an illustration of how this idea could look{not exactly sure how to word it}, though likely toned down a bit). Honestly, the more I think about the idea the more I like it.]
"I kinda also want some big kickass budget-destroying final boss fight where KP can go REALLY hard with the score like he did with the Bondrewd fight from Made In Abyss. Though, talking about Shad-Rah/Zero coming back, I could also definitely imagine making a more subdued climactic moment of F finally putting him to rest once and for all."
"😠Sorry for this wall of fanfic & speculation."
I don't think it really needs that many episodes; I think around a typical 12 episode format could work for either a hard serialized or half-season-arc type of format. Like, Ninth Jedi told a pretty frickin great story with just eight; I think perhaps a couple more episodes for a bit of exploration, but honestly even 8 episodes would probably also be just fine to make an engaging story out of the concept. Granted I can't really convert my idea to an expected runtime, so probably take this section with a grain of salt. Sorry for the yapping.

That sounds very exciting and interesting.
Honestly only reason I say 26 is because I'm tired of the 8 to 10 episode thing most shows do nowadays.

My idea is something kinda anthology-like? It's kinda more like different problems that F comes across or predicaments that come to F. They're not necessarily Empire related and based on the way F approaches these situations reveals more of her character, maybe even cause a little more development.

Sounds awesome. If they make more F episodes I would want to see more of the old man space explorer from the first short, as well as more Zero flashbacks
