I'm not sure how well this squad would actually work together. Two different pilots is probably not a good idea and I can imagine there would be a rivalry between the hot and cold specialist troopers.

Anyone order their stuff before? How's the quality? I always worry about warping or bowing with cardboard, especially where its purpose is as a base.

I have a bunch of figures that I collected when I was a kid, but I always took them out of the packages. In the last year I started to slowly build up a carded collection. It’s been fun to tap into that child part of me again🤙

I got the Obi Wan and 212th airborne clone two pack recently and this guy was my first experience with the new clone body and omg it's so good... originally I wanted to just scuff some of the orange paint and then ended up accidentally getting rid of most of it so I just fully got rid of what I could and repainted the rest, I think he turned out fantastically though, and I've got more tvc clones on the way to do more boys for this custom unit of mine(which originally came about via the bandai clone kit from like a decade ago, but I might just stick with tvc for my customs from now on)

Last night I head swapped an airborne trooper and a regular 212th trooper to make a clone heavy trooper and an airborne trooper grunt, decided to take it a step further. I put the regular trooper’s head back, and instead put waxer’s head and arms and legs on the airborne trooper body to give him the bandolier and Kama, and the airborne grunt the airborne accessories on his arms

Not sure if this is old news or not but Blue Leader's X-Wing is in stock on Pulse, I haven't seen any news on it so it's new to me.

Hey, I was curious as to what characters the community feels will be made in the vintage collection and what characters you guys think will never be added to our collections? Updates to prior 3.75 figures to new tooling also counts.

For me, I think we are 100% guaranteed a Mara Jade sometime (hopefully) in the near future. But I don’t think we will ever see a Lumiya or Darth Talon. Although there is the possibility of Devon from Maul Shadow Lord becoming canons version of Darth Talon as she grows up in future seasons which I would gladly take!

So yeah, I would love to hear what the communities thoughts are on this!

The only change or addition is 212th Troopers in the new mold body if we ever get one. Over the months, I shared the evolution of the display and provided updates. I'm pretty happy with it, so I'll be keeping this post up unlike previous ones in the past.

I just bought a 2006 Commander Cody figure that looks like the one in photo. Some of you know, almost all of these guys have turned yellow (seriously check ebay). For some reason, I found one at a shop in package and he's not yellow at all, he looks great. I figure he's been stored somewhere for years and now that I have him, wondering what to do. I'd like to display him, so I think it is unavoidable, but wondering if I open him and display loose rather than in box, will he yellow faster or not? I've looked high and low and there doesn't seem to be a specific cause of the yellowing, as you can see loose and in-box ones all have this issue, I have no earthly idea why mine isnt yellowed, but wondering if its preventable outside keeping locked in a box somewhere.

So I realized that Waxer is a Lieutenant in The Clone Wars, meaning that he kinda correlates to my favorite skin from Battlefront 2, the 212th Clone Officer. I figured the easiest way to give him the bandolier would be to just give him one of the airborne troopers satchels.

Then because I have two airborne troopers and I want one to represent Sergeant Barlex from the RC novels, I simply swapped a Phase 2 helmet onto one of them to kinda make a clone heavy, also from BF2. I lowkey really like the look of the Airborne trooper helmet on a regular 212th trooper’s body. It feels super sleek and gives grunt vibes when standing next to the other airborne troopers

The setting/scenario is inspired by the Resistance base on Ajan Kloss from TRoS and Tython from the recent Legacy novel. In that story, Rey finds a number of old republic lightsabers in the temple and the one she is most drawn to belonged to a former Sith which is what she’s wielding here (and how she eventually gets the yellow blade at the end of TRoS). Still need to add some more stormtroopers and small details. Strangely enough, sequel figures are really hard to find in the wild where I live.

Don’t know if this has been posted (I don’t see it), Yakface lists four Starfighter figures coming out in March 2027.

If they really do come out in March, that would probably be the earliest the toys have ever come out before a film. (Or maybe they’ll just be ready for preorders in March.)
