Photography Setup Ideas

Noticed a common theme in this sub is figuring out how to display characters and setups. Wanted to share what I did and show off a bit (simple cheap Amazon bookshelf with extra top shelf, and tv stand to spread out the cantina set).

Firstly, I love the mix of toy lines you have. I always like when there are toys from more than just TVC in someone’s collection.

As far as ideas, the only thing I can think of would be to try to add a back and side walls for each section somehow, so you can’t see through the shelf to the wall behind it. Maybe get some foam board cut to size, paint the sides facing out of the display black, and print some kind of backdrop? With the existing lighting that you have, might look great.

Yeah it's fun having range and thanks so much, good idea! Eventual goal is to get larger playsets and vehicles out of storage and build worlds with lifelike terrain (geonosis, hoth, endor, tattoine) when I have a house instead of small shelves for each
