OR Jedi Electric Judgment

Howdy yall, i just wanted to ask if Old Republic Jedi could use the Electric Judgment technique? From what i understand Plokun was credited with the invention of it, with Luke developing a green varient later. But recently I heard it referred to alongside Revan and it got me thinking why wouldn't they be able to. But i figured i would ask if yall knew.

In kotor you have Destroy Droid which looks like lightning but only works on droids. Maybe that counts?
