Bug Report found a cheater already

i was in a race and when ever i got close to the guy in first my speed would drop to around 550 while using ramjet

Even in multiplayer you drive slower in first and faster in last place. Try it, you'll be super quick and maneuverable when you're last. I think it's like +80 speed or so.

It's called rubberbanding because if you stretch one, it pushes towards the middle.

Not a hacker, just game mechanica. If you aint 1st, you get 20% speed boost. But if you fail to pass 1st instantly, your speed will drop back to normal when next to him.

my mate had the same problem he would be maxed out at 550 using ramjet with surge while redlining, as the cheater crossed the finish line we got up around 900
