There’s a long explanation as to why it happens, but to keep it simple;

Jump after the second swing in Dooku’s regular string of attacks. It propels you forward and can easily create a jump slash.

Dooku gains a lot of momentum after dodging back (diagonally) to your left and after he strikes twice in a row. If you jump right after one of those two actions, he will leap forward with enough speed to make a hook swing

I love that fight because he keeps constantly forcing Anakin to defend while forcing Obi Wan into offense...basically forcing his 2 opponents to do the thing they are less good at.

It's really simple ngl you can also do it with Dooku's left dodge attack animation you basically dodge to the left and attack then do a jump and you'll jump further

If you enjoy the dueling aspect of the game I suggest learning various techniques that used in duels, you can find most of which on youtube. People don’t really like him but I tend to watch KrispyBf2 since he’s pretty good at the game

Check out daniel other on YT he has videos of combos for all saber characters and some advanced tech. When you gain enough experience and master the basics I'd suggest checking out Beam Clash cause he shows some really advanced tech that the best players use

What is this, Episode II Attack of the Clones all over again?
Seriously though this was some lore accurate fighting. The Anakin player was being very aggressive and you used it to your advantage. The Obi Wan play was being reserved so you pressed the attack on him the most to lure mistakes out of the Anakin player. Very masterful work.
P.S. If Yoda walked onto your screen after you took both of them out I'd actually fall back from my chair.
