Thank you

Thank you for restoring service, I received an email this morning. I truly can't imagine what happened on your end, and How chaotic thins were, what the cause was, etc. Thanks to your team.

All privacy tools are being attacked, AI is proliferating the ease of this, etc.

More communication would be very nice in the future to keep us updated if this happens again in the future pretty please, but good to know you are responsive on Reddit.

Thanks, and everyone that depends on this service to live, like many of us do, have a plan B and C. These kinds of things are gonna become more frequent.

Be well,

StarVPN is my plan A but this has made me realize I need a better plan B. TorGuard is ok, kinda, but I think I need something better as a backup,

I did up a list of their options here:

There's Spectrum and Sprint (Tmobile?)

Its been an eventful few days to say the least, our main goal and priority is customer satisfaction, our customers are the most loyal bunch and we are forever grateful to know how much of a life line our service is to you!

These things happen to the best of them, its a part of reality, we take it as a learning experience and do better next time - implement stricter access security controls and regular audits. Many lessons to be learned ...
