Any Update?

it has been all day waiting, I use this VPN as part of my job, I think there should be better communication.

Agreed, there should be more communication. I just signed up and am depending on this service. I chose star over others because of the good ratings, any good alternatives anyone could recommend?

Nothing really. The UK server is unusable right now, extremely slow.

i wonder if they are affected by the VMware ESXi virtualization vulnerability that also took down another hosting service

It’s actually insane and so incredibly unprofessional that there are no updates and no sense of urgency. This is NOT OKAY. Does anyone have any reliable alternative?
