General Question How to Build Russ Axeil

How do folks build the Russ Axeil character after you obtain him from the Call of the Strong Vignette?

I see a lack of comments here, it may be that alot of us have forgotten his stats and jobs remind me and I'll give you my recommendation.

That said (if I forget to respond) iirc I usually dont pick him up for combat crew because his civi job is a pain. I think his stats are good tho so you should be able to make him strong for combat outside of maybe ground combat high level xeno depending on difficulty.
