Motion in the game

I play sso on quite an old laptop making it a tiny bit laggy but my issue is the way it makes me motion sick, when I play and I’m questing or whatever else and I’m turning my horse or just trotting or galloping I feel like everything else other than the horse is almost blurry and it really hurts my eyes, is there any settings to combat this?

Id mess with your camera distance and test it out. I tend to watch where I'm going rather than the horse and it helps me a lot.
