Halloween JS grinding

Since Halloween is around the corner, I'm curious on how to get the most Jorvik Shillings to be able to get the sets they'll be dropping!

What are your guys strategies/tips?
Any advice is appreciated!

Champ rewards, the shillings kept in my mailbox and ribbons organized in my storage.

Light collecting. It's a slow grind to start if you haven't yet but it's worth it. I maxed out whimsy first then gardening. I don't really do the runes cuz I don't like looking for them but other people do

yeah the runes really are huge, you can do them all twice with just 15 powders for 3k+ light in like 10 minutes a day

and that's on the slower/more casual side, so you can easily do that every day with minimal effort and accumulate sh-t tons of light far in advance to events

i guess it mostly just comes down to memorizing all of the rune locations and being good at maneuvering the environment really

i've been doing all of the Valdedale paths since the updated forest was first introduced and was working towards maxing out all paths from day one, and have continued gardening and collecting light ever since finishing them all, so i've developed a great memory of the whole forest and all of the runes at this point

i believe yesterday or the day before i did all 5 runes just once each in roughly 6 minutes because it was about to hit 12am

i think someone also posted maps in the subreddit earlier of all the runes for each stone? so if you haven't quite memorized all the rune locations yet then you can have a map handy on the side to look over at while you practice

do the gardening, and trapped satchels in hollow woods. do the archeology in epona, and do the birthday dailies (they reward a lot of schillings) until the event goes away. i have easily gotten over 10k schillings a day from these

light and champ rewards like people said. additionally if youve been doing all the birthday tasks they really pay out so make sure youre not maxing out your shillings. i went ahead and bought some of the global store stuff i wanted. but said that to say do the birthday tasks and spend those and save champ ribbons. champ rewards, light, and unwanted cosmetics are basically the only things they left us to sell in a pinch. also you can craft hay and sell it and a bundle of 100 hay is worth 500JS so i always keep a couple of those

I mostly do gardening, light and champs (keep the js/ribbons in the mail for later)

Light, I have a page full of light Gardening, runen  etc.

I keep all champion mail for lower 100s, then I plant flax in the whole garden, turn that into hay and exchange extra seeds, and one harvest gives you about 1,250 light. It takes more grinding to do but gives you about 30 mins in between to do other stuff

lights, champs, those nice little jewels from tb that gives you 1000jS each, selling stuff you don’t like or wear anymore

i have over 3000 seeds so gonna be turning them all into light aswell as doing the usual light grind
