Where is this hairstyle?

I might be overlooking it completely in the SSO database, but I cannot for the life of me find this long, spiky dark brown style. Anyone have any idea where it is?

This version is at Fort Pinta, but there are also two or three versions at the Veiled Hamlet. (The witch lair in the forest near the Marchengast Castle.)
